The DMN Mentorship Program offers a comprehensive, fully funded mentorship experience designed to equip aspiring young leaders with the knowledge, skills, and strategic guidance needed to secure scholarships and international opportunities. Our mentorship supports applications for undergraduate, master's, and PhD scholarships, as well as international competitions, leadership programs, fellowships, conferences, and extracurricular opportunities in areas including climate change, disarmament, international law, international security, peace, sustainable development, and global governance.

Beyond application guidance, mentees benefit from personalized mentorship and access to an international network of experts, including lawyers, government officials, professors, diplomats, researchers, journalists, and experienced scholarship recipients. As of 2026, the DMN Mentorship Program has supported 55+ mentees from around the world, helping them strengthen their applications, develop their leadership potential, and pursue meaningful academic and professional opportunities.

The DMN Mentorship Program is provided entirely free of charge. We do not charge any application, mentorship, consulting, or success fees to mentees. Our mission is to ensure that talented young people have equitable access to high-quality mentorship regardless of their financial background.

Applicants interested in joining the DMN Mentorship Program are invited to submit an application during the annual application cycle. The application typically includes a short personal statement, a CV, academic or professional background information, and an outline of the applicant's goals. Selected candidates are matched with mentors based on their interests, career aspirations, and areas of focus.

*Purpose Pathways Education is a strategic partner supporting the DMN Mentorship Program. In addition to supporting our mentorship initiatives, Purpose Pathways Education independently offers separate, fee-based professional consulting services for applicants seeking more comprehensive or specialized support beyond the scope of the DMN Mentorship Program. Participation in these services is entirely optional and has no influence on selection for or participation in the DMN Mentorship Program.
