WORKSHOP 3: INTRODUCTION TO VIETNAMESE LAW AND INTERNATIONAL LAW

Instead of conducting virtual meetings, SDGs Council under DMN Initiative and Tran Hung Dao Secondary School organized Workshop 3 namely “Introduction to Vietnamese Law & International Law” on 7 December 2020 (2 sessions).

We introduced the Vietnamese Law including 2013 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Law on Cyber Security 2018, Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP, Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP, Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP, and International Law including ASEAN Charter, UN Charter, UNCLOS 1982, regional and global matters.
